Sir George Iacobescu
Executive Chairman
Sir George is one of the UK’s foremost developers. After leading major projects in North America, he came to the UK in 1987 to oversee Canary Wharf, a landmark initiative that transformed London’s skyline, positioning the city as a leading global financial centre. His leadership has helped shape modern London. As Executive Chairman of St John’s Wood Square and a key contributor to various QIA projects, his 35-year tenure at Canary Wharf Group oversaw more than 30 million square feet of development across East London, the City, and the South Bank.
Beyond real estate, Sir George serves on the development boards of Chelsea and Westminster Hospital and The British Museum, and is Vice-Patron of the Royal British Society of Sculptors. He was appointed CBE in 2003 and knighted in 2011 for services to charity, community, and finance.

Gareth stow

Gareth brings over 25 years of experience in the real estate sector, having spearheaded and contributed to a diverse portfolio of residential development projects that have not only generated significant value but also enhanced the urban landscape and communities they serve.
Prior to joining St John’s Wood Square, Gareth held key roles at Lend Lease in the UK and Australia, where he was instrumental in the development of large-scale residential projects. Gareth led multi-disciplinary design and delivery teams, ensuring the creation of high-quality, innovative, sustainable homes that redefined industry standards and contributed to substantial urban growth.

Tom mann
Sales, Leasing & Marketing Director
Widely regarded as a leading expert in super-prime residential development, Tom has advised on some of central London’s most notable projects, including Chelsea Barracks, 1 Grosvenor Square, The Whiteley, Lancer Square, and Holland Green. With nearly two decades at Savills—where he led the Residential Development Consultancy team—Tom specialised in guiding landmark developments from early planning through to launch and sales. Renowned for his insight across architecture, interiors, and marketing, he joined St John’s Wood Square after advising on the project, recognising its rare quality and long-term potential.
